Feed By Grace is the founder and driving force behind Unity Park, an organization
who strives to unite the various churches, ministries and outreaches that currently
serve the homeless population in the E. Lancaster area of Ft Worth and create one
united, like minded organization devoted to ending homelessness.

We are of the opinion that street feeding, distributing clothing and toiletries, job
training and life skills instruction are not enough. We must take other measures to
raise the self-esteem of the homeless and help them realize that they can enjoy
and deserve to enjoy the simple pleasures in life that "mainstream society" enjoys.

Unity Park located at 1401 E. Presidio St. in Ft. Worth, opens at 8:00am on
Saturdays year-round and is open until 2:00pm. Many recreational activities are
available, as well as cold Gatorade in the summer and coffee and hot chocolate in
the winter. There are shade trees to relax under and picnic tables to sit at. Most of
all, it is a wonderful setting for volunteers to interact with the locals and create and
nurture friendships as well as pray for those who desire prayer. We are seeking
more volunteers to help staff the park to allow us to open the doors more during
the week.
